About Clara Guzmán


She was born in Ceuta and studied media studies at Universidad Autónoma of Bellaterra (Barcelona).

In 1982 he entered the Sevillian newspaper El Correo de Andalucía as an editor. Eight months later (January 1983) she started to work in the newspaper ABC de Sevilla, where, in 1989, she was appointed chief in the deparment of huecograbado and in 1993, editor in chief.

She was fashion feature writer at ABC in the Pasarelas Cibeles, Gaudí, FIMI and  Igedo. She also contributed to “Blanco y Negro”, which she coordinated during its Sevillian period.

She was consultant of the  Pasarela de la Feria Internacional de Moda Infantil y Juvenil de Valencia, (FIMI) for eleven years and she was cultural consultant for the Camara de Comercio of Seville for two years too.

She has taken part in different forums about women and fashion in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville and she also collaborates in the writing and the design of several books and catalogues. Nowadays she writes a permanent fashion article in the pages of ABC de Sevilla, apart from being editor of www.telademoda.com
